Provider CPR
Course Description
The BLS Healthcare Provider course is designed to teach the skills of CPR
for victims of all ages (including ventilation with a
barrier device and a bag-mask), use of
an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of
foreign-body airway obstruction. It is intended
for participants who provide healthcare to patients in a
wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and
out-of-hospital settings. For certified or
non-certified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare
providers.
Intended Audience:
Healthcare providers, such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, emergency
medical technicians, respiratory therapists, physical
and occupational therapists, physician's assistants,
residents, fellows, medical & nursing students in
training.
